Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dhatas GBP AI (“the app”). By creating an account, you agree to them. We are an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

The service

The app lets you connect your own (or your clients') Google Business Profile via Google's OAuth consent flow, and manage posts, review replies, Q&A, business info, and photos — optionally with AI-drafted content that you review and approve, or that publishes automatically if you enable autopilot for a given client.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to manage any Google Business Profile you connect (it's your own, or you have explicit authorization from the business owner).
  • You're responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before it publishes if autopilot is off, and for the consequences of content that publishes automatically if you've enabled autopilot.
  • Content published through the app must comply with Google's own Business Profile content policies — we build the AI features to avoid manipulative, misleading, or incentivized content, but you remain responsible for what gets published under your business's name.
  • Don't use the app to spam, scrape data beyond what's needed to operate your own account, or attempt to circumvent Google's API rate limits or terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Payments are processed by PhonePe; we don't store your payment card or bank details. Subscriptions currently renew manually — you'll be prompted to renew when your billing period ends, and access pauses (without deleting your data) until renewal.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, review, or business outcome from using it — AI-drafted content and automation are tools, not a guarantee of results. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including content published via autopilot that you chose to enable.

Termination

You can stop using the app and revoke its Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Google's API policies.
