Why we ask for Google Business Profile access
When you click “Connect with Google”, you're taken to Google's own sign-in and consent page — we never see or store your Google password. Here's exactly what each permission we request is used for:
See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings
This is the core `business.manage` permission. We use it to read your existing posts, reviews, Q&A, and business info, and — only with your approval, or automatically if you enable autopilot — to publish new posts, reply to reviews, and answer questions on your behalf.
See your primary Google Account email
Used only to identify which Google account is connected to which client, so we can show you "Connected as you@example.com" in the dashboard.
You can revoke this access at any time from your own Google Account permissions page. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
You stay in control
By default, every AI-drafted post, review reply, and Q&A answer sits in a suggestions inbox for a human to review and approve before it publishes. Autopilot — letting the AI publish without waiting for approval — is an explicit, per-client toggle you switch on yourself; it's never on by default.
